OPH is an amazing rescue filled with amazing people and dogs alike! I saw the picture of Rooney the blue heeler on Petfinder and applied the same day. Within 2 days I was approved. I felt the process was very fair and was thorough enough to ensue the dog goes to a great home. I coordinated with the lovely foster Cara and was able to meet Rooney and it was love at first site. She's an incredible dog and I couldn't be happier with the process and will definitely be keeping up with them to see all the other great stories.
