We are a small community based non-profit and we used Network for Good when we wanted to increase our donors and donations. We were not blown away by their services. But we stayed with them for at least 5 years. When we chose to update our website -- we also chose to drop NFG and go with a more simple and less expensive transaction vender. And that's where our problems began. We are currently in a dispute with the company that renewed our agreement each year with out any notice to our organization. When we told them we were no longer featuring their page and therefore not using their service-- they stated that there was an agreement in place that renewed the contract each year. We asked if they send out any notices of the renewals--and they said that they do in fact send out emails that alert the user that a new cycle was about to begin. We have no record of those notices and NFG has not provided any sort of back up. Communication with them has been terrible--which is weird since they were regularly sending emails and communications when we were in business with them--now that we are in a dispute--they are silent. And have not delivered on promised back ups--and are still billing our credit card for services we are no longer receiving. It is frustrating to say the least--and disrespectful to organizations like ours that are doing work in the community helping the most vulnerable of our fellow citizens. This stinks. Network for Good should know better.
