All I can say about Mainstay as an employee for less than one year is "Where has this non-profit organization been all my life!" Mainstay Life Services is an unbelievable place to work with co-workers who are understanding, respectful and work as a team. Most of the folks at Mainstay Life Services have been with the organization for many years and as a fairly new employee it is very obvious why they have long standing employees; they work for the best non-profit organization in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania that truly care for the people they serve.
