As a victim of childhood sexual. physical and emotional abuse, I know first hand the adverse effects of childhood sexual abuse. I lived through the shame, pain, hurt, anger, promiscuity, the domestic abuse, disease, secrecy and silence as many of us do. I live my life as an advocate to empower women and children to break the shame and shackles of childhood sexual abuse. Thank you Sherna for allowing your story to help heal others and give us permission to tell our stories so that we can live the life that we deserve. So that we can sing again, love again (starting with ourselves), breathe again, beleive again, feel again and reach for our fullest potential in life.
