Review for Pachamama Alliance, San Francisco, CA, USA
Pachamama Alliance is an amazing community where you can learn about the environmental concerns, ADVANCEMENT(s)forward, indigenous practices, and connect with eachother in a way that is so necessary especaillly in this time. From the first course I took "Awakening the Dreamer" I was hooked and set up my online profile right away. Since then I have attending many inperson and online sessions and courses. I am about to attend one of their FREE Monday online gatherings, and am always so greatful for the information and connection made at these meetings and trainings.

Review for Together Women Rise, Greenville, SC, USA
I work in Advertising by day, and spend my evenings and weekends pursuing my true passion, philanthropy, helping others and trying to make a difference in this world! I am the co-leader of the Atlanta Chapter, a group of diverse women(constantly growing) who get together on a monthly basis to learn about different cultures/women/organizations, dine on delicious ethnic food, sip wine and in the process make true life long friendships with like minded giving women while finding themselves in the process. It is a beautiful way to grow connections with women right where you live while helping women whom are less fortunate-realizing what a connection WE as humans all have to each other!! While gaining our own empowerment through acts of compassion....whewww every time I really think about it, it chokes me up!!! THANK YOU Dining For Women for facilitating this amazing experience!!!!!!!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
myself and in my friends, realizing how much joy it is to give and help others. I know for me if helps me find gratitude and try meaning in my life.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
I would love the help of DFW in selling the dinners as instead of EATING out, we are eating in and that amount of $$ we would spend on dinner and drinks out with friends, that has been a hard concept for me to relay to my chapter...
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
how collective giving can really make a HUGE impact in the lives of others!! We together can make a difference.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
inspiring, truly selfless people.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
Help expand this organization through marketing, let the organization touch even more lives globally.
Ways to make it better...
Maybe we had a training video from the beginning on how to be a leader....I know that Marsha does do youtube videos and there is an upcoming LEadership Summit in September which will be a great teaching conference!!
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
getting women to be committed to coming to dinners monthly and helping them to realize how important dinners are to themselves also and helping gain true friendships!
One thing I'd also say is that...
DINING for women ROCKS!!!!
