I’ve been with the organization for over 5 years and continue to be impressed at what an amazing program KOH has in Colorado!

I’ve been volunteering with KOH for over 5 yrs and have seen firsthand how impactful this program is to the boys and girls that visit the camp! It truly is one of the greatest camps for children of fallen heroes!

I have been a mentor hear for 3 yrs in a row and am privileged to be a part of such a great camp. All of the staff, mentors, volunteers, families, and kids are such amazing people and it is such a joy to work here each summer!!!

This camp fulfills a vital role for children who have been struck by tragedy at an early age. The volunteers and staff are some of the most supportive, caring, hard-working, and genuine people I have ever had the privilege of working with. The kids at the camp spend a week with staff who truly have their best in mind. Seeing the smiles, confidence, and happiness in the campers eyes after a week is witness to the success of the program!!! Rise up!
