As a new nonprofit to Network For Good, the customer service is a refreshing change from other experiences to date. They've been very responsive from the first phone call, and I had concern that the level of attention might dissipate after we signed on. Quite the contrary, I've had over 4 hours of patient, friendly and productive coaching thus far, less than a month into our contract. Megan and Morgan have been especially knowledgeable and upbeat while helping to set up our on-line donation page, and I appreciate that one of the two always answers my calls. This provides consistency, saves time and alleviates frustration.
