Self Chec has inspired me.

Self Chec reminds me that personal health not only affects the individual, but also their loved ones. It has inspired me to become more involved with my own health and to feel empowered in doing so. It inspires me to pass this feeling of empowerment along to those I love and those I don't know, because it is such an essential message.
