First and foremost they gave us a puppy with the Parvo virus. If you dont know what that is it is extremely deadly to puppies. Volunteers were amazing the day of the event. The owner however was very rude and unprofessional, and refused to take responsibility. We havenot even had our girl for a week. She is now in the hospital fighting for her life. Also Rocky Mountain recommended this hospital and the staff there do not like doing business with Rocky Mountain. If my family could give negative stars we would. They are truly interested in making money instead of ensuring that healthy puppies are put into loving homes. So if you like $ 1,000 medical bills and worrying incessantly then please do adopt from Rocky Mountain. Since they cannot guarantee you will have a healthy puppy.
