We were travelling from Australia to Seattle and needed a second-hand travel wheelchair for my elderly mum who can't walk far. I found Kenneth and RRI on Craigslist and organised to pick up a chair when we arrived in the US. Kenneth couldn't have been more helpful, the wheelchair was in excellent condition and we were extremely happy with our purchase, as well as the the care, service and useful information provided.
