I had a very positive interaction. I had been trying to sell a wheelchair that my mother had used and was having no luck. The opportunity to donate it was a win-win for everyone. Kenneth picked it up, was punctual, communicative and followed up with information about who had received the wheelchair.

We purchased an excellent overhead lift from Kenneth. The product was as described and he went above and beyond to share with us pertinent info. Prompt with responses as well.

I donated several items to Kenneth. He was careful with the equipment and responsive to our scheduling requirements.

We were travelling from Australia to Seattle and needed a second-hand travel wheelchair for my elderly mum who can't walk far. I found Kenneth and RRI on Craigslist and organised to pick up a chair when we arrived in the US. Kenneth couldn't have been more helpful, the wheelchair was in excellent condition and we were extremely happy with our purchase, as well as the the care, service and useful information provided. Thank-you, Kenneth, you made our whole trip so much easier.

I purchased a used power wheelchair with an elevating seat from RRI. Kenneth went above and beyond to make sure it was working perfectly and that I had really good batteries in it. He explained carefully how the chair worked and how to maintain it and any safety issues I needed to know about. I felt that Kenneth and RRI wanted me to have the best possible equipment and experience with their service, and I did!

My mother needed a power wheelchair, and her insurance company was tying up the request in never ending disputes. I found this non-profit on Craigslist selling refurbished power wheelchairs. We setup a time to meet, and the founder was very patient with my mother. He helped her try out 2 different chairs to make sure she had the right fit. He worked with us on a payment plan, and he made sure we were educated about how to charge it. I highly recommend this no-profit, and can't thank them enough. Aileen

I have had help from RRI many times. Kenneth has always been helpful and available. It takes over an hour for him to come to my house and I appreciate it very much,

Hi,
I was able to rent a scooter from RRI on the day I needed it. They were very helpful with making sure I understood the safety issues with using a scooter. They also volunteered to make adjustments as needed during the time I had the scooter. They seem so sincere about wanting to help people with injuries and disabilities.
I would definitely rent from them again and am considering donating some of my equipment for their outreach.

We were moving and this organization accepted my piano as a donation and acted very quickly and arranged professional movers. Since the house closed and the new owners were moving in, the movers were very helpful in getting the piano out in 10 minutes! I inherited my mothers grand piano and was happy to let my spinet go to a good cause. We understand the piano was used for children to learn lessons on and that it was completely rebuilt and refinished. After a year, I decided my mothers Young Chang piano just didn't have the soul of my old American Baldwin piano and I contacted them to see how my piano was doing. They were so kind, they simply gave me back my piano and it is so much better than when I donated it, and I am so happy!!!
Thank you,
Babette
