I have known Debbie Thomas for years we worked together with German Shepherd Rescue long before she started Promises Animal Rescue. Debbie is a very dedicated and knowledgeable person. I can't say enough wonderful things about her and her Army of Rescue folk. I would still be by her side had I not moved 1000 miles away.
