The Center for Biological Diversity is one of the most effective environmental organizations out there. They don't miss a beat -- keeping tabs on all of the most pressing wildlife and environmental issues, and taking and encouraging effective action to make things right. I am so impressed with this group. I have little $$ to give but this incredible group is always among the organizations I support with donations whenever I can. And I never pass up an opportunity to sign a petition they're circulating, because they've done the research and their actions cause results. Thank you for existing, CBD!
