Seems this group has stolen a family pet won't return until a bogus vet bill for HW treatment is paid but refused to supply vet bill. They are no longer a viable active non profit

Ask her about Parker and all the other dogs her wonderful (not) adopters have dumped in high kill shelters and she's refused to go get them. That's murder.
