Erowid is by far the best source online for actual information on recreational and non recreational substances or drugs as some call them.

They give a very to the point factual nuetral perspective that is actually helpful in terms of what to actually expect from certain substances and most important of all and I cant stress this enough safety! Which this whole war on drugs just say no mess in school has always fallen short on doing.
