Review for 9 Lives Rescue, Colorado Spgs, CO, USA
9 Lives Rescue has operated with volunteer members for 25 years now. Started by Military families since transferred. Volunteers are always needed to do office duties and fostering in private homes, or to be trained to work in the adoption center in PetSmart at 2965 New Center Pt. off Powers Blvd & Constitution St. Check out the comfortable and clean kitty kennels. The cats are well provided for and happy. They do not live in the store.
Cats/kittens are shown daily from 9a.m. to 7 p.m. Donations of money and cat supplies are always needed. Volunteers to feed homeless kitty colonies in evenings are needed. Any kind of dry or canned cat food is accepted to feed them and can be donated by calling 9 Lives Rescue hotline (719) 591-4640. Your donations are tax deductible since they are a licensed 501(c) non-profit charitable animal rescue. And, they need your help to pay veterinary bills for abandoned and older cats or kittens needing emergency medical care.
This small group of volunteers has worked daily for many years with too few people.
They do not sell the animals, but adhere to strict policies and criteria in adoptions. Sometimes their dedication to the "furry children" are not understood but 9 Lives volunteers are dedicated to finding the best safe and caring forever homes.
