Once again I feel compelled to let everyone know what a great rescue Helping Hearts Equine Rescue is. Lisa puts everything into helping the horses, ponies, mules, and donkeys who are lucky to have found safe harbor on her farm. I hear about and witness rescues who fail in their missions to animals, but Lisa pours every donation into the rescue. She's keeps in contact with her donors, like me, and never fails to be open about how her charges are doing. Lisa and Helping Hearts is totally dedicated to making life better for their rescues. I'm proud to help in a very small way as a monthly donor.

I am a donor to Helping Hearts Equine Rescue. They first came to my attention when the founder, Lisa Post, facilitated the rescue of countless horses through the old Camelot Horse Network on Facebook. I found my first horse, whom I've since retired to a life of leisure, through Camelot. Later, looking for a reliable rescue to donate feed sack coupons to, both a fellow horse rescuer and my equine dentist suggested HHER saying every single penny goes right to their equines. How can you beat that?! I've since made many donations big and small knowing Lisa and HHER work tirelessly to help horses, donkeys and mules get a safe landing and a new lease on life. They get whatever they need for however long it takes to get a chance to be adopted to the best homes or they find life long sanctuary with Helping Hearts Equine Rescue. And I feel great knowing I can be a very small part of a second life for these sweet souls.
