Every year come January i get into the swing of compiling all my receipts of donations made to charitable organizations in the previous year. Being that i donate to many organizations on a constant basis i tend to misplace a number of receipts. Anyone who has ever plowed through all the paperwork can tell you how frustrating it can get when trying to obtain a tax receipt from various non profits. I've had enough stories of sales reps telling me "yes of course we'll send you receipts" but somehow they just never arrive, or "Lady check your files we definitely sent you one" while refusing to send me a new copy . I must say that when i called Chmol for my Tax deductible receipt, i was pleasantly surprised to be talking to a very polite volunteer who took all my information in a pleasant, and efficient manner reassuring me that although they do send out receipts right away and I did probably receive it they will be happy to reissue a new one. When checking my mail just a couple of days later i was satisfied to see that i did indeed receive the receipt from Chmol. Believe me as someone who deals with many non profits, i can firmly attest to the helpfulness of the volunteers as well as the great customer service. Thank you!
