The Criteria to qualify for any help are complete out of date.
criteria . are you an OIF Vet. I you are is your ETS less that 18 months.
OIF ended about six years ago. and if you just left the military you are not an OIF VET.
Bottom line, they just want to brush people off. SCAM
Thank you for the feedback. Operation Second Chance provides assistance to post 9/11 veterans with a 70% or higher VA Rating (this would include, but is not limited to OIF and OEF veterans). I'm an OIF Veteran who gladly served for over 8 years with a medical discharge from BAMC. OnBehalf is a very special to us Veterans.
They are very prompt and willing to answer the call to serve and help those who served. I will never forget them. I asked other organizations for assistance last, OnBehalf was the only ones who actually assisted me.
