My family was referred to this food bank. We were devastated trying to keep food in the fridge and making ends meet after I lost my job. My husband's income could not support our family's basic needs. A neighbor told us about the food bank because she volunteers there. I checked it out as a last resort. They made me feel good about where we are in life. I was welcomed with respect and felt the organization was uplifting and full of hope. It's my 3rd time using these services and it's a blessing to me and my family. Thank you to all the caring people that welcome us with no strings attached. This is what I call community. I will give back some day soon.
