I had a great experience with OPH! I began looking for my first dog several months ago and had very little success. Upon finding OPH via a Google search I noticed that they were fostering several dogs that caught my interest. I sent and email expecting to hear back weeks later but instead heard back within 30 minutes, I was approved for adoption of a pup from OPH within hours and began my true search. Upon finding Blizzard (former name Tiki) I immediately fell in love. The adoption process was very smooth and I ended up adopting Blizzard the Friday of Winter Storm Jonas (hence his name.) His foster mother Christine is a great resource for any questions I have and Robin and Mindy have been a delight to interact with. In my opinion OPH is one of the best adoption agencies out there and gets my 5 out of 5 star rating!
