Review for Miracle Foundation, Austin, TX, USA
We - Borderless World Foundation - work in one of the world's most dangerous conflict zones - the northern most state of Jammu and Kashmir in India. We do all that we must, for the orphan girl children who come to us and live in our homes. Because of the given situation, most aid agencies prefer to stay away and offer 'remote help'. But Miracle has been a stunning exception. The founder herself came to visit our homes, met our children, talked to our staff and immediately put into action, along with her India team, a series of intervention where we needed it the most - training of our staff. Our staff consists of all locals and majority of them women who have not had sufficient education or exposure to obtain the skills and capacities to fulfil their responsibilities. Miracle has started training our staff right from the top to bottom with their characteristic compassion and meticulousness.
The most striking part of Miracle training, for me, was, that it was a "Value Based" training rather than a "Method Based' training. The methods served to create value rather than becoming rigid senseless obstacles in themselves as we see many times in governance practices around the world from small or big bodies.
At the long last, we have started looking forward with new energy and enthusiasm because now we are able to actually put our dreams into action.
Thank you Miracle!!!
