Terry Stone, Executive Director of Centerlink, was recommended to us as an expert in LGBT centers. We tapped into Terry's knowledge by inviting him to lead two days of strategic planning with our executive board. With his guidance, we were able to generate a plan to transform our organization. Since that planning meeting, Terry and Centerlink have continue to be a resource to us, helping us in crafting a new job role for our organization, advertising for the position, and reaching out to high potential candidates. Centerlink and Terry Stone enabled us to more quickly achieve our outcomes through the provision of expertise and support.
