I am the spouse of an active duty Marine, and we recently PCS'd to Japan. We were told getting our dogs here would be difficult but we had no idea how difficult. And with the financial strain of the move, we didn't think it would be possible to get our two fur babies here. We just couldn't imagine our life without them. The SPCAI helped us financially to get our dogs to us in Japan and we are a complete family again. The process was a nightmare but the SPCAI made it a little easier. Thank you so much!
