As a novice teacher, it is sometimes very difficult to gauge what you might need for the year. Also, working in a low-income district makes it difficult to predict what your students might need to be successful. Crayons to Classrooms has taken this stress away! By visiting C2C each semester, I am able to provide my students with the supplies they need to be successful! It feels really good to be able to provide students with a backpack or a pencil case if they ask for one; before C2C, I would have gone out and bought one myself; however, thanks to C2C, I am able to simply go to my supply closet and literally grab any supply a student might need! This program is a lifesaver and by-far one of the most purposeful non-profit organizations for classrooms across our area. Thank you for all you've done/continue to do C2C!
