ITSAN saved my sanity when I was not sure initially what was going on with my skin. Through the excellent articles that explained what was happening to me and the ongoing support of fellow members, I have learned how to deal with this horrific disease that the medical field barely recognizes. I now stand my ground when prescribed any steroids, whether they be topical or oral and firmly state that I want a non-steroidal alternative. Now the doctors and others have to work a little harder, but that is fine with me. I am at present 5 weeks and 1 day TSW. Thank you to all the supporters and organizers of this Life Saving non profit organization.
