I DECIDED NOT TO SUPPORT THIS CHARITY ANYMORE. I am a long time major donor to this charity. I was planning to incorporate National Foundation for Cancer Research in to my will and decided to do some homework. Then I found all these remarks about the President (Ms. Ba) and her husband CEO (Mr. Salisbury) on Guidestar, Charity Navigator and Glassdoor etc. I spoke to several employees and volunteers from this organization. They said many positive reviews are written by their employees (Ms. Zhao, Ms. Diamond, Mr. Wang etc.) and their consultants/vendors (Mr. Frame, Ms. Funt, Mr. Belmar etc.). I independently checked whether they are employees/vendors/consultant and is very true. That made me furious.

The Husband (Mr. Salisbury) and wife (Ms. Ba) together make $750,000/year as salary and benefit. They leave in a Mansion & drive BMW's. Members of several private clubs in Washington, DC, New York City, China etc. At least 25 employees left NFCR in last few years because of the toxic work environment. I am not sure the NFCR board is aware of this fact. These two executives are running the foundation. The FOUNDER is charged with FRAUD (for 25 MILLION dollars). They are trying to fool American public and making huge salary instead of supporting cancer research.
