I can't say enough about the importance of Self Chec Inc. This non-profit brings forth such awareness about the importance of prevention in health. It is that little nudge we all need to put our wellness first. As the owner of a Pilates and Barre Studio, I work everyday to help people understand the importance of movement but it is that extra step, and that pro active attitude that can mean the difference between life and death. Kudos to Joan Peckolick for her work with this amazing organization and for making us all look a little deeper into our habits of daily living!
