My spouse and I have been part of and supported Equality Florida since the early 2000s when we moved to Florida. It has been a constant champion of equal rights for LGBTQ people and was instrumental in changing Florida's anti-gay adoption laws and also securing the right to equal access to civil marriage in this state.
