ICAN has been providing an essential and valued service to the Chandler, AZ community for 25 years. ICAN, an innovative youth intervention initiative, emerged to address significant gang and drug abuse problems Chandler was experiencing. This modest effort has grown significantly over the years and been recognized locally, regionally and nationally for its consistently outstanding programs and service to the community.

Today, ICAN provides hundreds of at-risk youth free services and programming - from a safe place to go after school and in the summers to programs designed to help them become productive, self-confident and responsible members of the community. And it works!!

It works because ICAN works diligently and intelligently to maintain and improve existing programs and develop new initiatives through rigorous assessment and analysis employing measurable objectives. They've also developed and nurtured win/win community partnerships and created an organization that provides essential services corporations, foundations and individuals find deserving of their support.

I am delighted to be able to support ICAN financially. It is the epitome of what I consider a 5-star nonprofit.
