Ovarian Cancer Symptom Awareness Organization fills a slot that is much-needed: making people aware of the symptoms of Ovarian Cancer, the Silent Killer. I lost a friend to this ugly disease last year. I am now a member of OCSA's Advisory Board and whatever I can do is in her memory. For such a young organization they are doing a stellar job. I hope everyone will help them and will go to their website to learn of their work and the silent symptoms of this killer disease.

Amazon Cares goes into Peru and does what no one else, to my knowledge, has done. They help the animals who are in desperate need of care and educate the people to take better care of the animals. Veterinarians volunteer for these trips and bring their expertise with them.
