As an ongoing donor to CSR, I have first hand knowledge of how much time and energy the volunteers put into their work. I believe they are doing God's work by helping those most in need find a better life, and the dogs they rescue bring joy and happiness to their new families. Debby Valdiviez is The Bomb.
