I love volunteering at the Heard Museum! I feel like I make a big difference in the community because its a Wildlife Sanctuary. They are able to provide a home for species such as deer, bats, foxes, birds and way more! If the Heard Museum wasn't here in McKinney I think McKinney would be less "Unique By Nature" as the cities motto goes, and have a stuffy big city feel instead. Save the Bees! Save the Monarchs! The Heard Museum can help!
