All Species Kinship is the only animal service that does what they do. There is no where to take most of these dogs that are 24/7 chained even though most of the owners want to keep “their property” so ASK works on the owners to try and teach them no matter how long it takes, better ways to care for the animal. They will leave all the tools people need to give better care to these pets for FREE. This includes igloo dog houses, straw, food, flea tic meds, offer free fixing plus free ride both ways, fencing and on and on. I ask Sophia “How can you see this day after day?” Her reply “ I leave each dog better then I found it”. Those words changed my life. I volunteer for ASK. One of the proudest things I’ve ever done.

We the people and animals of Battle Creek are very lucky to have these folks. They never stop working with the ones they know about and they never stop looking for those who need help.
