When you volunteer for a nonprofit, often you don't see the fruits of your labor. As a Girls on the Run coach, you see your team get stronger and more confident over 12 weeks. In addition to being a role model and shaping the next generation, watching your girls cross the finish line at the end of season 5k is one of the most rewarding volunteer experiences you could hope for.
