My Endocrinologist prescribed Prolia injections. Even with insurance, it was fairly expensive. The Infusion Center told me about Healthwell Foundation so I applied and was accepted! Then, several months later, my husband needed infusion treatment for a Neurological Auto-Immune disease and the copayment on that is over $1,000 per month, after insurance. I applied for him with Healthwell and they accepted him, also. We would not be able to afford needed treatment without them!

My husband has his second guide dog from Guide Dogs of Texas. He is very involved in several different organizations promoting legislative and business opportunities for the blind and does a lot of traveling connected to them. Thanks to his wonderful, intelligent guide dog, Ziva, he is able to do his part to help the blind community. Thank you, Guide Dogs of Texas - you have given my husband his independence!
