This rescue is one of the best rescues I have dealt with. You can tell they truly care about all the dogs they rescue. I have two dogs from OPH and have helped two others adopt from them also. Everyone, from the adoption coordinators to fosters are fantastic. They're so willing to help even after you adopt, which is amazing. I recommend OPH to anyone I hear looking to get a dog! Adopt don't shop!
