Girls on the Run of the Triangle is truly a life changing program. This is true not only for the girls, but their parents/guardians, coaches, volunteers, and staff of the organization. The mission of encouraging girls to become joyful, healthy and confident truly radiates to all who are touched by this organization. I am proud to have been a part of this of organization for over 8 years, and I recommend getting involved to everyone I know.
