SPCAI Operation Baghdad Pups worked effortlessly to reunite myself and my dog Julia after I was unable to bring her home from overseas. They were actually able to send me back to get her! I cannot even begin to describe the joy that having Julia back in my life has brought to not only myself, but many of the soldiers that served there with us! SPCAI is by far the best nonprofit organization that I have ever had the privilege of working with.
