OPKIT has helped rescues in Southern California at the highest kill shelters. I have networked many cats on Medical alert. They are very sick and injured, OPKIT has stepped right up to help the cat in need find a rescue and assist in medical care. They are so kind and step up to the rescue clear across the country.
