We adopted our girl Sassy from Southeast Beagle Rescue. We were told she was tied to a tree in a backyard and used for breeding. She was in a foster home before we got her. Jack met us half way to deliver her to us. She is the most laid back dog I ever owned. She didn't know how to walk on a leash or play with toys. Now, she absolutely loves her walks more than anything. She has a fenced yard, 4 doggie beds throughout the house. She sleeps cuddled next to me in bed every night. We love her to pieces. I always recommend Southeast Beagle Rescue because I see everyday what Jack and the volunteers do to help save the lives of these beautiful Beagles, one of the best breeds of dogs ever.

I am a volunteer with the Gulf Coast Golden Retriever Rescue Inc. I do not foster or adopt the Golden's, but volunteer my time with fundraising and recruiting. I can tell you this is such a great group of people to work with. They are very caring and extremely dedicated to saving the lives of precious Golden's. If you have a desire to adopt or foster or just love Golden's and live in the Southwest Florida area, I strongly recommend you contact them. Donations are always welcome as well.
