Review for Coalition To Salute Americas Heroes, Williamsburg, VA, USA

Rating: 5 stars

I am a 100% disabled combat veteran. Going from active duty to medically retired has been tough with many issues not only with health care but receiving income as well. There have been times that my wife and I were worried about how we were going to be able to even stay in our home not to mention feed us and our children. With no place left to turn, I started doing research into organizations that financially help disabled veterans and I found the Coalition to Salute Americas Heroes. I signed up and I shall be very blunt here, THEY SAVED MY HOME, ALLOWED ME TO FEED MY CHILDREN AND BROUGHT DOWN MY WIFE AND I's STRESS TO A POINT IN WHICH WE FELT LIKE WE WERE ACTUALLY GOING TO MAKE IT THROUGH THIS SITUATION!!! I have heard that there are people out there that have been saying negative remarks against the Coalition and this upsets me. If not for the people who make up the Coalition, I seriously doubt that we would have made it with our sanity in tact. There heartfelt eagerness to help wounded veterans, at least for me, gave me hope that there WERE people out there who wished to do what they could to ensure we did not lose everything. I am still experiencing all sorts of problems with my pay and benefits through the government and Army as I can never count on a set amount I shall be receiving at the end of each month yet knowing there is an organization out there like the Coalition gives me peace of mind. The Coalition is a God send and I cannot express in words the appreciation I have for this entity. If I ever get into the position to be able to donate, the Coalition shall be the first organization I donate to. If you wish to support a group of people who tend to the needs of wounded veterans then look no farther than the Coalition to Salute Americas Heroes. They are in a class all their own and deserve nothing but gratitude and respect for what they accomplish on a daily basis.
