Review for Creative Aging Cincinnati, Cincinnati, OH, USA
Creative Aging needs more funding and right now the professional talent who work with the agency are accepting less pay due to budget cuts. The musicians and singers are willing to work for less for a while, until we get the help we need. These wonderful artists love bringing an hour of fun and joy to the people who need it most. We work at preparing many different themed shows. We hope to continue our work, but we need funding!Creative is very well run and the staff is always prompt and courteous. We love what we do."Let's go on with the show!"

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
like to have a certain number of bookings per month or year guaranteed if we have to work for less. We are often told that our group is the best they've seen.

Grace and Bev of Creative Aging are wonderful people!! And very well organized.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
enrich the lives of seniors and the disabled who must live in assisted living facilities. The pros who play the shows have financial obligations of their own. Working together we can bring love,joy and sunshine to those who really need it!
Ways to make it better...
Creative had paid the performers the pay that they expected for dates already booked before the notice about the change. A pay change for new bookings would have been more acceptable.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
keeping professional entertainers when they lack the money to pay them fairly.
One thing I'd also say is that...
I work very hard at creating,and performing exceptional shows.I'm lucky that my group continues to work with me, even though our pay has been reduced.
