I was approached last night by a young lady around 10:00 PM, while I was shopping at a Wal-Mart store. I did feel like it was a scam. 1 it seemed pretty late at night to be asking for money. 2 I was in a Wal-Mart store. I was issued a receipt and I did Google the CJF but I just can't say one way or the other. Maybe they should do a commercial.
