I was introduced to Se Asia Foundation's work through a trusted colleague of mine. Their work exemplifies network leadership that invests in grassroots leadership and capacity to enable local communities and their leaders to address their own challenges. Se Asia Foundation is a true supporter and enabler of local initiatives and fostering networks among them.

Elizabeth's dedication and abilities are truly amazing. She does everything from direct rescue of birds from the shelters, training and providing ongoing support new fosters/adopters, outreach to the public, and of course, all the countless details necessary to run and sustain the entire network that she has catalyzed. I know of few other organizations that have done so much with so little.
