I participated in the self healing class with HealingPAQ led by Amean Hameed. He answers all questions, great meditations and teaches many helpful lessons. I have used these teachings to get through a very over whelming time in my life last year. At times it felt each class was wrote personally to me as many times it touch on what was going on in my life. Unfortunately I missed some live calls due to issues but classes are taped and emailed out so if you can't be on for live event you don't miss a lesson. The web site also has many resources for topics that is very helpful. I can't say enough how blessed I have been to have found HealingPAQ. Thank you for being a part of my journey.
