I have been so incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity to witness first-hand some of the outstanding work done by Amean at HealingPaq. I attended numerous sessions of the self-healing and distance-healing classes and I enjoyed every minute. I have worked with Ameen individually and in his Healingpaq classes and online accss. I find my experience calming, healing and energizing. Recently I was stressed because of an ankle injury and I felt supported in my healing journey.

I have participated in the self-healing teleclasses led by Amean for only a short while. Unfortunately, I am unable to listen to the calls live, but listen to the recordings when I am able.
During these calls, I am always uplifted and inspired. On the last call, during the group meditation, I "received" inspired information concerning my emotional issues. I was convinced that "I" knew what the problem was, but, I was wrong. During the meditation, I was led to understand myself and my "patterns" in a whole new way. This is an excellent program, and I have very good results from it. Amean is very authentic and a wonderful healer.

I highly recommend Eamen's guided meditations for anyone interested in meditating or self-healing. The guided meditations are available to all who choose to participate as you can now listen to replays on Blog Talk Radio or attend live via phone. Eamen's guided meditations can be used as a stand-alone practice or as a compliment to HealingPAQ classes to help deepen the experience. I consider myself new to meditation, although I have been meditating off and on for the past 15 years. The self-healing techniques have been invaluable to me. My husband and I have been living in survival-mode for several years after closing our business. We haven't been able to find work so we've had to learn to live without - heat, hot water, propane for cooking, TV, cell phone, etc. I am so grateful for our home and what we do have. Living this way has been especially difficult on my husband. He has taken everything to heart to the point that it has impacted his health. After experiencing a heart attack two years ago and on-going high blood pressure, late stage kidney failure was diagnosed. His kidneys were fine a year ago. His reaction to the stresses of life is to lash out in rage - mostly directed at me. He is in such a negative state of mind. Angry outbursts are constant which gives me plenty of opportunities to practice love, joy, peace and compassion.

Prior to the Self-Healing classes, I felt attacked and was very hurt by his words and actions. I notice as I continue to practice self-soothing, sending love to myself, I no longer feel a cold, hollow sensation inside my chest all the time. Yay!! It has become easier for me to recognize and celebrate my accomplishments too. Thank you, Amean, for explaining things so clearly. Your suggestion to view those who lash out as "bleeding" really helped me. It has become much easier for me to have genuine compassion for my husband. Intellectually I know underneath all the anger lies fear, but I have a greater sense of understanding in my heart. Now every time he lashes out, I am now able to energetically offer him a love, joy, peace and compassion "tourniquet". He has responded well to the daily reflexology treatments I give him. He went from Stage 2 hypertension to pre-hypertention after only two sessions. Two weeks later his BP was only one point away from being within normal range. I am so grateful he is responding positively.

I severely scalded my middle and pointer fingers on my dominant hand recently. The pain was excruciating. I acknowledged the pain and started to send the area love. I was able to stay calm and present to what needed to be done in spite of the pain. I applied lavender essential oil and felt prompted to run cool water over my hand. Usually I would have used homeopathy, but I didn't have the remedy for burns so I searched online for a backup remedy. That night I put my hand in a container of cool water next to the bed. I kept sending my fingers love and peace until I fell asleep. The next morning there were several large blisters and the skin was very red, but the pain had reduced by 70%. I was able to apply fresh aloe gel several days later. The worst of the two fingers is still slightly red, like a mild sunburn, but no longer hurts. I know sending myself love and peace helped me to stay calm and ultimately helped my fingers heal.

I love charging up my heart and meridians. I am now able to feel the energy (especially when I spiral the energy on the Hu breath through Advancement/Intelligence meridian lines). I shared the handout with my husband and invited him to listen to the podcasts on your website. He does the prayer circulation for a few minutes each day. I am enjoying the podcasts. I find them very helpful. Love the videos too!

I've been doing meditation for many years now and this is my favorite group so far. My mom invited me to come along last night. I have always loved meditation and was excited to attend. I felt very comfortable and at ease. I have a chronic illness and was very anxious as I was about to have a kidney transplant in March this year. I was lucky enough to receive several free Skype healing and meditation sessions from Amean Hameed, he helped me immeasurably with my anxiety and fear around the transplant. The operation itself was very stressful for me and, for about a month while in hospital the only thing that really helped me was to practice loving and accepting myself, my pain, my anxiety, my kidneys, my tears, my terror etc as Amean had taught me. Amean Hameed is an amazingly generous person, a rare gem on this earth and I would recommend Amean and Healingpaq to anyone who would like to find the love within themselves.

I am new to Amean's healing circle, and today was my first class. I was especially needing this session and to hear the words and meditations presented. Wished to thank you for yesterday's evening session - very powerful energy; i slept very deeply and in the morning I woke with a pain at the level of my heart (physical pain) - then the first idea that came to me is that my sons broke my heart ... with their departure to this far away and devastated country ..
then I remembered our healing session and started breathing deeply with the statements you gave me - after a while the pain was gone and I woke up and went to my daily activities - so my heart chakra definitely needs healing

the funny thing is that their pictures around me looked all smiling as if I had not noticed this before :-)

when I finished my morning prayers, I looked out of the window and felt gratitude for the warm sunrays on this December day, then a little voice said 'they are safe, they'll be back'

I must say that I went through my day very calmly, very quietly - I wouldn't say happily but I imagine that I will eventually be there ... I kept doing the breathing and mantra practice and felt warm energy waves around me ??!!

I had both of them on Skype or phone this evening and the discussion was very quiet, I kept pumping my heart to send them as much love as I possibly can according to yesterday's practice and the short conversations ended up quietly too ..

I'll keep this practice on a daily basis and look very forward to more of this energy in our forthcoming sessions

I highly recommend that you view this presentation on Evolution Revolution by Eamen Hameed of Healing Paq. I met Eamen when I first moved here to San Diego in 2010. I have attended many of his Energy Healing Meditation Sessions. Eamen is the “Real Deal”….by this I mean he is genuine, sincere and compassionate about what he teaches. My challenges (lessons) in life have NOT subsided in anyway, however, how I DEAL with my life lessons has been altered. I put Peace, Love, Joy and Compassion at the forefront of my daily activities. I purchased a package from an online transformational service and received two personal sessions with Eamen Hameed. I have has numerous sessions with various energy healers so was very interested to experience those of healing PAQ. The two sessions were very different from each other and both were helpful at the time I has them, even though they happened 3 months apart. Eamen is like a psychologist/ spirit guide because not only does he have practical observations and techniques to deal with my issues but also accesses very intuitive information, a rare combination.

I have had two sessions with Eamen. Both were wonderful experiences where I learnt how easy it is to go into a mediation using such simple steps. Eamen's guidance was so simple yet so powerful that I had experiences like never before. I had 2 one one one 1hr sessions with Eaman and was very happy with the results. He was so tuned in and the guidance that he channeled in the sessions was uncanny-so spot on for me and my perception. I feel dramatically uplifted and am experiencing a serious shift in my health for the better. For example I was diagnosed with Lyme disease and at the time of my sessions, I was having a rough time with the die off reaction in my body from the vigorous herbal protocol I'm taking. During my second session a very deep and profound shift occurred that transformed me so deeply that I am no longer having any die off symptoms. This means that there is no longer harmful bacteria (Lyme and Lyme related bacteria), active in my body! I tested this further by significantly upping my doses which would normally create an even stronger die off, but I continue to have increased energy and stamina. When one has been living with chronic pain and fatigue for years the relief is extraordinary. My body is not symptom free yet, but this shift is quite dramatic and inspiring.
He also gave me very simple suggestions to support and continue the positive shifts to be practiced daily.
I would recommend Eaman to anyone willing to have an open mind. He is a delight!

in a nutshell i can say Healing PAQ opens a new window to a new world which is love peace joy compassion , this world is inside of you and they guide you to discover it inside of yourself ,

I learned about the Energy Healing class through Oasis. I am generally uptight and have a hard time relaxing. I carry my stress as pain in my neck and and shoulders.

I decided to give the class a try. Although I have attended only 10 classes, I already see a positive change in myself. In one of the classes I experienced a sense of joy I never felt before. The deep breathing is coming easier to me each week, and I find that it cleanses me.

I am about to move to PA for 6 months. I intend to continue my self healing through HealingPAQs website. Although energy healing is new to me, I can genuinely see how continuing with it will have a great impact on my life.

I saw my TMJ doctor today. He said I was going great and that "I must have learned how to relax." That's tangible evidence that the program is working for me.

Working with Eamen has helped me gain clarity on my life purpose. My sessions/conversations with him has helped me set priorities in my busy life. Amean lives what he teaches. He is a true example of what Divine love is and can do. He is consistently devoted to healing others and does so with a pure heart. My mother was suffering from spinal cancer a few years ago and I asked him to help her manage her pain. Asking nothing in return, he devoted 45 minutes every Saturday to my mother. My mother said how helpful it was. He was one of very few people outside the family willing to take the time for her. Thank you, Amean.

I have been attending Amean's phone classes for 5 or 6 years now and his humility, positivity and patience make him a joy to learn from. Healer Amean has done a great service in providing peace and tranquility to my wife in her last days.
