They helped us when movers held our belongings hostage and we were forced to stay in a hotel for weeks on end while our newly purchased home sat vacant. We’d moved 1500 miles and knew no one locally and they provided us with a hotel room and food for the 17 days it took us to get our stuff. They’ve since provided us with holiday meals and ongoing support for me as a caregiver.
