Review for No Boundaries Animal Rescue Inc, Fulton, CA, USA
Unfortunately, No Boundaries Animal Rescue has a very temperamental co-founder. My family applied for 1.5 year old cat adoption and was rejected due to interrupting her (Meagan's) "main" work! I was concerned about the well-being of the cats being cooped up in a 20" cage for more than 6 days while we anxiously waited for her low priority review process! Our concern for the cat’s well being upset her, so she did a "spite" rejection just because I called her phone number (as listed on her business card!) and questioned the cats well being, she stated "I'm going to deny your application right now!". We just wanted to bring the cat to our home with a loving and caring family, there should have been absolutely no reason for rejection, ZERO! Their explanation was "we are not obligated to let you know the reasons why we denied your application". Despite the fact that we called 2 times and sent several emails about our good intentions after waiting 4 days to save the cat and adopt, it just upset them more. Our Kids are devastated; we are in shock, unbelievable!
Now we are worried that the cat will eventually be euthanized and "No Boundaries Animal Rescue" really cares more about themselves rather than the well-being of their animals. This is so unfortunate and so sad that a nonprofit group can operate like this.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Use logic, change negative attitude, be more customer service oriented. Do not reject more than qualified applicants that actually want to rescue your animals! Don't deny an applicant just for the reason they are disturbing you for several minutes on the phone. Don't get upset just because an applicant is really anxious and motivated to adopt one of your beautiful animals and worried about their well being!
