My Nonprofit Reviews
Review for Provincetown Counter Productions, Provincetown, MA, USA
I am constantly amazed at the high quality output from Counter Productions. Under Susan Grilli's leadership they have managed to put out one outstanding production after another, reaching a wide variety of audiences. I cannot say enough good about the meticulous care that is put into the decision making process for each production and more importantly the support Susan lends to her "staff" of actors, stage hands etc. After being away from the stage for many years, Counter has reawakened my desire to get back on it. From an outsiders perspective, there are almost always positive reviews both in the press and from the local word of mouth and I can certainly say that the review from the actors side is just as excellent. If I didn't have to work a "real" job, I'd try to be a part of every show in some way shape or form. Love, love, love Counter Productions!
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
the true sense of community ties with the productions. There is an overwhelming sense that people are rooting for the success of Counter Productions.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
amazing! I've made new friendships with locals I had somehow not known; I've made friendships with people from other states that will last a lifetime and I've strengthened the already existing friendships I've had.
